Store files or attachments in external cloud storage
This section outlines the steps required to create storage profile.
Step-by-Step Process
Open docuWeaver app from App Launcher.
Storage Profile - App LauncherFrom Setup page, click on New button.
Storage Profile - New ProfileFill in the required details such as Storage Type, Label, Description, Root Path, Allowed Extensions, and other relevant fields.
Click Save to create the storage profile.

Storage Type | Displays a list of available storage server types (e.g., Amazon S3, Azure Blob, SharePoint) to select for this profile. |
Label | Specifies a user-friendly label to identify the storage profile. |
Name | This is a unique identifier for the profile and is essential for referencing it in configurations, scripts, or other system functionalities. |
Active | Indicates whether the storage profile is active and available for use. |
Maintain Versioning | Enables file versioning for all files uploaded using this storage profile. |
Max File Size (KB) | Sets the maximum file size for per file permitted for uploads through this profile. |
Description | Allows to add additional details regarding the storage profile’s purpose or usage. |
Root Path | Specify the path where all files will be stored when uploaded using this storage profile. |
Allowed Extensions | Defines the file extensions permitted for upload with this storage profile. |
Note: You can create multiple profiles for the same or different storage servers. However, each profile can only be associated with a single storage server. This means that while you can configure multiple profiles, each profile is dedicated to one specific server.
