In this section, You can find all the option that you can do with your files such as:
Attributes | Descriptions |

View | This option allows you to preview the file. Note: Previewing depends on the browser's support for the file extension. For example, most browsers support previewing |
Upload | This option allows you to upload a new version of the selected file. |
Download | This option allows you to download the selected file to your device. |
Delete | This option allows you to delete the selected file. Note: If multiple versions of the file exist, using this option will delete all versions of the file. |
Versions | This option allows you to view all the versions of the selected file that have been uploaded. |
Attach | Allows you to link the document uploaded through the storage server to the current record. |
Detach | Removes the link between the document and the current record while keeping the file in storage. |
