How to Send Signing Request?
This section outlines step by step process for sending signing request of an document.
Navigate to the record page of the desired object (e.g., Opportunity, Account).
Locate the docuWeaver Action Group component embedded on the Lightning page.
Click the button labeled Sign Documents (or the equivalent custom label configured).
In the pop-up window, select the required document template from the available options.
Click on the Edit & Send option.
The system will generate document and redirect to the integrated eSignature platform (e.g., DocuSign) for document verification.
Review and verify the document details on the eSignature platform.
Send the request for signature.
Note: Step 5: Document Sending Behavior
When the Send option is selected in step 5, docuWeaver will automatically generate the document and initiate the process to send it for signature.
The system does not redirect to the signing platform for a final review before sending the document for signature.
After initiating the send action, the document is considered submitted for signature without any further review or intervention on the signing platform.
